Terms of Sale, Shipping, & Returns 

All sales are final. That being said I know no matter how careful we can try and be there can be shipping issues. If there are any issues with package on arrival take a picture of packaging before opening. Then take pictures of item if damaged. Send these pictures to jennifer@art-jenniferahall.com within 24 hours of receiving your art piece. Unfortunately, many of these items are one of a kind, and we can not get you another of the exact same item. I will do my best to replace or refund if needed and item is beyond repair.
